We use the service Google Analytics of the provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter “Google”) to measure and analyze the behavior of our website’s visitors. This involves collecting data in the form of online identifiers, IP addresses, device information and information on interaction with our website.

Facebook Pixel

On this website, we use the Facebook Pixel service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Block J, Serpentine Avenue, Dublin 4, Ireland) („Meta“) for conversion measurement purposes to display advertisements on Facebook and other websites to you and other interested users and to measure the impact of advertisements.

Through the Facebook Pixel, which we have implemented in our website, your browser establishes a connection with Facebook, whereby user data such as IP address or user ID can be matched. If you are registered with Facebook, Meta can assign the visit to your account. In this way, your behavior can be tracked if, for example, you reached our site by clicking on a Facebook ad or were redirected to the advertiser by clicking on an ad displayed by us. The ads can thus be evaluated in terms of effectiveness for statistical or other market research purposes and further advertising can be improved. We cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users from this, but Meta can subsequently adjust the placement of advertisements on and outside of Facebook.

For this purpose, Meta may use cookies, web beacons or other storage technologies and set a cookie for a maximum of 180 days with, among other things, the information that you have accessed our website or clicked on an ad of ours, once you have agreed to the use of cookies requiring consent.

We are jointly responsible for the processing of personal information in event data related to actions taken by you on our website and in our apps with integrated meta-business tools. We have therefore signed a joint controller agreement with Meta regarding the processing of your data in accordance to Art. 26 DSGVO. The agreement with Meta also regulates which security measures Meta must comply with. Data subject rights, such as information or other requests, are also to be fulfilled by Meta. You can view the terms of this agreement made with Meta here. The further processing by Meta does not take place under our joint responsibility.

For more detailed information about how Meta processes personal data, including the information on the legal basis and how you can exercise your data subject rights against Meta, please refer to Meta’s data policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

Google Tag Manager

On our website we use the Google Tag Manager of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Irland. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through one interface.

In order to monitor and provide diagnostics about system stability, performance, and installation quality, Google Tag Manager may collect some aggregated data about tag firing. This data does not include user IP addresses or any measurement identifiers associated with a particular individual. Other than data in standard HTTP request logs, all of which is deleted within 14 days of being received, and diagnostics data noted above, Google Tag Manager does not collect, retain, or share any information about visitors to our properties, including page URLs visited.

The tool is responsible for activating other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
